Stage 1: Facing the Reality (Weeks 1-3)

Where You Are Now
 

The breakup is raw, the emotions are fresh, and it feels like your world’s been turned upside down. But avoiding these feelings won’t help you move on or heal.

What We’ll Do
 

We’ll create space to fully acknowledge the emotions you’re experiencing — whether it's numbness, grief, rage, remorse, relief or confusion. We’ll explore exactly what happened, what you sense was lost in the relationship, and work towards creating and maintaining emotional balance.

  • Explore the breakup: Understand the deeper reasons behind it—whether it was enmeshment, loss of identity, or repetitive underlying emotional patterns.
     

  • Feel and process: No running from it. In our sessions, we’ll dive into those difficult emotions with techniques that help you fully feel them, release them, and move forward.
     

  • Journaling & reflection: Get clear on what exactly you’re grieving and why. Daily prompts help you process your feelings and understand your unique journey.
     

  • Support through breathwork & mindfulness: Tanya’s compassionate, non-judgmental approach will help you release emotions stored in your body, giving you the relief you need to start healing and moving forwards.
     

Outcome

 

By the end of these three weeks, you’ll have a much clearer picture of why things happened the way they did and start to feel more grounded, even in the midst of the pain.

Stage 2: Rediscovering Yourself (Weeks 4-6)

Where You Are Now
 

You’ve begun to heal, but there’s a lingering question—who am I outside of this relationship? This is the stage where you rediscover the version of you you may have lost touch with along the way.

What We’ll Do

It’s time to reconnect with your identity, values, and passions. This phase is about developing self-worth and understanding what you truly need going forward.
 

  • Who were you before? We'll dive into who you were before the relationship. What have you lost? What did you sacrifice? And what do you want to reclaim?
     

  • Rebuild your self-worth: With guided exercises and self-reflection, you’ll rebuild your sense of value, apart from anyone else. You’ll see yourself clearly again.
     

  • Visualization & goals: Start to imagine the life you want to create now. Through visioning exercises, we’ll map out a path to new possibilities—relationships, career, passions.
     

  • Setting boundaries: Learn how to stay grounded and equanimous during conflicts, set healthy boundaries, and avoid repeating the patterns that may have led to co-dependency.
     

  • Routines for success: We’ll establish new routines that keep you centered—whether it’s through physical activity, creative outlets, or mindful practices.
     

Outcome

 

By the end of this phase, you’ll feel a renewed sense of self and power. You’ll know what you want, who you are, and be ready to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Stage 3: Rebuilding Your Future (Weeks 7-9)

Where You Are Now
 

You’ve processed the grief and rediscovered who you are. Now, it’s time to focus on the future—what’s next for you and how to make that a reality.

What We’ll Do

This is where we put it all into action. You’ll design a vision for the next phase of your life—one that’s full of purpose, direction, and fulfillment.

  • Create your new life plan:  Whether it’s a new career, starting a project, or just building a life that’s deeply satisfying to you, we’ll put together a concrete plan for your future.
     

  • Set goals & take action: You’ll identify the steps you need to take to build the life you want and we’ll create a roadmap to help you get there.
     

  • Strengthen emotional independence: No more outsourcing your happiness to others. You’ll leave this stage with the tools you need to maintain emotional independence and resilience.
     

  • Find your support system: We’ll also help you identify the communities, friendships, and groups (such as men’s circles) that can support your growth and keep you on track.
     

  • Rewrite your story: Finally, we’ll rewrite the narrative. You’re not just that guy who went through a breakup — you’re the man who used this experiences to radically transform his life.
     

Outcome

 

By the end of the program, you’ll have a clear, actionable plan for your future, a renewed sense of direction, and the emotional strength to handle whatever life throws your way.

  • Duration: 9 weeks (3 weeks per stage)
     

  • Format: 60-minute weekly online sessions
     

  • Support: Between-session email and message support, plus guided journaling and mindfulness exercises
     

  • Investment: $1,260 AUD
